Summary

A bug in Workspot Windows Client 3.6.0 causes an immediate disconnect when the end-user connects to a desktop using Microsoft's Interactive Login Message feature. The error message looks like this:

Call to Action

If you use an Interactive Login Message at user sign-in:

  • On devices already upgraded to Workspot Windows Client 3.6.0, revert to Workspot Windows Client 3.5.6.
    • Uninstall Client 3.6.0 with "Uninstall" option under "Apps & features."
    • Install Client 3.5.6 by launching one of the files: (64-bit download, 32-bit download).
  • If no devices have been upgraded to Workspot Windows Client 3.6.0, defer upgrading to Workspot Windows Client 3.6.0 for now.
