The following are the steps to reset the local settings for the Workspot desktop client.
- Open Workspot, authenticate with the user's PIN, then click the Menu button in the upper right corner.
- Click the System menu tab.
- Click "Reset" from the new menu screen that shows up.
- Click the "Reset" button on the warning pop up screen.
- This will clear the Workspot client settings and close the running client window. It will relaunch and allow you to start the user setup process immediately.
